Planning the weekend, Albuquerque is 20 mins from Edgewood which has 75 hotels or here are hotels that are 10 minute and 4 minutes from the festival.

The US SOUTHWEST SOARING MUSEUM is one of only two museums in the United States that is dedicated to
gliding/ soaring, sailplanes and related aircraft.

Cedro Peak Camping Sites - Robin and Jay

Cedro Peak Camping Sites is a favorite area in the southern portion of the Sandia Ranger District. It is encompassed by ponderosa pine, pinon and juniper trees. Both Cedro Peak camping sites are fully accessible and have plenty of parking. Jay site has a circular turn around drive for those who might bring a small travel trailer.

During your stay, there are several wonderful towns around the festival that you should also enjoy during your stay in New Mexico. Find the treasures at the end of the trail in "Santa Fe" rich in culture, foods, galleries, hiking, camping, 10 Thousand Waves spa, Madrid is a historic mining town less than 30 minutes from Edgewood, Eaves Movie Ranch is a bit further but before you get to Santa Fe. Visit Los Alamos and the Bandalier National monument


New Mexico has the beautiful Sandia Mountains which sits between Edgewood and Albuquerque through Tijeras NM.. Google the area and see the many other adventures you can enjoy while attending our amazing festival.
